With spectacular views of the Klang Valley, this modern apartment was inspired by the client’s love of Parisian homes. Our design, set within a Malaysian context, avoids cliches and is instead guided by the principles of Haussmann architecture and its contemporary interiors. A soft palette, combined with natural materials, imbues the space with calm and elegance.

The juxtaposition of modern furnishings adds depth of character and a timeless quality, featuring custom-designed furniture and built-ins by Nagy Jones. Decorative lighting, art and objects sourced from New York, Paris and Australia create a rich yet comfortable atmosphere. Designed as an indulgent retreat for empty nesters, the layout of the four-bedroom apartment was reimagined to include a master suite with a full-sized adjacent dressing room, a guest suite and a home office.

The previously concealed kitchen now opens onto the living area, anchored by a bold, faceted steel island that overlooks the lush parklands beyond.
