Whether you need advice on the feasibility of potential sites, floor plan exploration, extension assessments or 3D renders; we can help you to visualise opportunities without committing to a full scope design. As architects we understand statutory requirements; we guide our clients through these processes. 

  • Defining the brief

    An initial discussion to capture all the information and define scope. We examine the functional requirements of your project; considering what is important and where you place value. Exploring your aesthetic vision, we ignite the creative process. 

  • Concept Design

    With the parameters of the brief established, we create a visual and functional direction for your project. We communicate a strong conceptual identity and express core design ideas; presenting images and sketches of structural concepts or floor plans. 

  • Design Development

    This phase expands on conceptual work to resolve design details and functionality. We’ll specify building systems and select materials; creating detailed schedules for discussion and final review. Elevation drawings and spatial layouts will enable you to understand how the design comes together. 3D renders are optional for enhanced visualisation. 

  • Construction Documentation

    The design is documented as a full set of technical drawings; accompanied by schedules for finishes, fixtures and fittings, plus equipment. We issue detailed documentation for pricing, then for construction on site. 

  • Construction Administration

    We liaise with contractors and consultants; responding to queries as required. Our regular site inspections address potential issues in the construction phase; we review defects toward completion. Nagy Jones provides support throughout the construction process to ensure build quality and design integrity is maintained. 

  • Art & Object Curation

    A well executed space is completed with a curated selection of furniture and art. Nagy Jones can audit your existing furnishings; assessing which items hold value for the new space. We add to this collection, creating depth and cohesion. We can design custom furniture and commission artwork when required. The result is an interior that is harmonious and profoundly comfortable.
